Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

Please include the following information in your withdrawal notice:

• Your name

• Your address

• Your order number

• A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract

You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be processed without delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Returning the Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

• You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

• Products purchased on sale are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• The supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer.

• The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

• The supply of products purchased on sale.
